Settings → Business holds what customers see about you. Owners and admins can change it; press Save at the bottom when you're done.
Contact
Business name, registered company name, company registration number, business email and phone. The business email is also needed before the owner can add a card for billing.
VAT
Switch on VAT registered and add your 10-digit VAT number (it starts with 4). Your invoices then say Tax Invoice and show VAT; retail quotes show prices including VAT. Not registered, your invoices show no VAT at all.
Brand
- Logo — PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 2 MB. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background looks best. The logo saves as soon as it's uploaded.
- Brand colour — used on your quotes, invoices and customer pages. The sample Approve quote button shows how it looks. If a colour would make text hard to read, Dentz adjusts it for you.
