Besides marketplace leads, every business gets its own quote request page and a form you can drop into your website. Unlike marketplace leads, these requests go straight to you — no other workshop sees them, and they cost nothing.
Your page
At the bottom of Leads, open Your own quote form. Copy your page link and put it in your WhatsApp status, Google profile and Facebook page. It shows your logo, area, star rating, description and phone number, with a form asking for name, mobile, car, suburb, what happened, and up to six photos.
The form on your own website
- On Leads, open Your own quote form.
- Press Copy embed code.
- Paste it into your website where you want the form — any site builder that accepts HTML or an embed block will take it.
When a request comes in
It lands under Your leads, on your dashboard, and in the app's Needs you list. The customer gets a confirmation and is told you'll call. Press Add customer & quote to quote them with their photos already attached.
