Setting rates
- Open Settings → Commission.
- Choose Who — Everyone, or one person.
- Choose For — PDR work, R&I work or Lead tech (whole job).
- Enter the Share (%) and press Save rule.
How it's worked out
- Commission is earned when a job's final invoice is issued.
- It's a share of the lines for that kind of work — dent work for PDR, R&I for R&I, everything for Lead — after discount and excluding VAT.
- Two people in the same role on one job split it evenly.
- A credit note later reduces it.
The pay report
Below the rules, pick a month to see each person's jobs and total. When you've paid someone, press Mark paid. Each technician sees their own figure in the app, so they know what to expect.
