An approved quote becomes a job the moment the customer approves. Jobs shows every job as a card in five columns: Unscheduled, Scheduled, In progress, QA and Completed.
Each card shows the customer, car, value, booking time, the people on it, and the clock — amber while someone is working on it.
Moving jobs
- Drag a card by its grip into In progress or QA.
- A job is scheduled by giving it a date on the job itself, and completed from the job with a sign-off — so those columns don't take a drop. The board tells you why if you try.
Putting people on a job
Use Assign to in a card's ⋯ menu, or Who is on it on the job page. Each person has a role on the job:

| R&I | The remove-and-refit work. |
| Lead | The whole job. |
Assigned technicians see the job in the Dentz app and get a push notification. Two people in the same role split that role's commission evenly. Roles lock when the job is closed.
