Automatic reminders
Dentz emails a reminder by itself when an invoice is 3, 7 and 14 days overdue, at 8 in the morning. Every invoice shows when it was last reminded.
Reminding one customer
Open the invoice and press Send reminder. To stop customers being chased twice in a day, the button then reads Reminded today for a while.
Reminding many at once
- Open Invoices → Overdue.
- Tick the invoices to chase. Shift-click ticks a range; the box in the header ticks them all.
- Press Send reminders in the bar at the bottom.
Dentz tells you how many went and why any were skipped — no email address, already paid, or chased in the last day.
Who owes you
Reports → Who owes you groups debt by customer and age — not yet due, then 30, 60 and 90+ days — with a phone number to tap. Tick customers there to remind them about every outstanding invoice at once.
