Before you commit to a lead, you can price it from the customer's photos. Price it up on an offer opens the same damage workspace as a quote: mark the panels, count the dents by size, and see the price your rate book gives.
- On Leads, press Price it up on the offer.
- Tag the customer's photos to panels and count the dents. You can draw on the photos to mark what you've seen.
- Press Save my price. The card now shows Your price: R… – R….
- Accept the lead as normal. When you then press Add customer & quote, the quote starts from the damage you counted.
